These terms govern the use of Sarool by tenant operators. Terms applied to end customers are set by each tenant through the versioned terms module.
Subject matter
Sarool is a SaaS fleet management software with tamper-evident photo proof, available white-label.
Subscription
Subscription starts with a 14-day trial without a card. After that it is billed monthly per the chosen plan (Starter, Pro, Fleet).
Commitment
No fixed term. Cancellable anytime through the customer portal.
Availability
99.9 % SLA on Fleet. Other plans enjoy best-effort availability.
Data ownership
Data remains the tenant's property. Sarool acts as a processor under GDPR. Export available via API or CSV.
Security
Frankfurt region hosting, strict tenant_id isolation, immutable audit log, at-rest and in-transit encryption.
Liability
Capped at the amount of the last 12 months of subscription, except for gross or intentional fault.
Changes
Substantial changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance.
Governing law
Belgian law. Courts of Brussels district.
